Hearing how you made it to your current position, future goals, challenges you encountered and overcame both professionally and personally may help newcomers avoid obstacles that could impede their ability to achieve goals.
The Advantage
Interaction with leadership outside of a direct chain of command; gives future team leaders a chance to get answers for questions they may never ask and be exposed to possible new career opportunities.
How It Works
- On the future leader's day off, they voluntarily come in to meet with a Leadership Panel.
- Each panelist has 10-15 minutes of sharing the journey to their current position, then concludes with a Q&A session.
- Leadership Invitation: Airport Edition will be held on multiple days for 45-60 minutes between the hours of 1000-1600 and takes place in PHX (Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport) terminal 4, level 2 inside door 22.
